I saw a couple of these at a local Ford dealer. I like it personally, but I didn’t actually stop to see how good or bad it might look up close.

But they are doing it all wrong... that truck is painted like a chevy....

that used to be a popular factory option.
Pretty sure it went away when they retired the OBS in 1998

It looks good, but as Highlander pointed out, they did it wrong.
Still better than a brodozer though

Ummmm:
Ford 2-toned like that as well. They did it from the 70s through the late 90s.

Highlander was wrong. Ford used that 2-tone scheme from the early 70s through the late 90s.

the Fords run the 2nd color all the way up to the grille, the Chevy doesn’t. the truck in the OP ends the 2nd color before reaching the headlamps. Minor nit, to be sure.

Put it back down at a usable height and they might have something.

Likely done because of the fender design there. It technically ends where the headlight cut out starts, so one could say it ends at the headlight, in turn ends at the grille........

A stock F250 XL single cab with 4x4 is $36k...there’s probably $4-5k in suspension, wheels, roll bar, and paint here. That’s a nice $14k markup here.

Yes this is good

I really liked that design. My favorite was dark green top and bottom with tan in the center.
I may be biased because I had a 93 GMC that was black too and bottom with tan in between.

Compared to the dealer mark-up on dressed up jeeps it’s a steal!!

So 3” below where it left the factory?

I’d like to see the rear and top being done in white too myself.

Sounds about right. Might need to go 6" below stock. I’m old and can’t lift that high anymore

I’m definitely getting there, but I’m 6-4 so what I consider high is probably different than others.

I’m 6'3" but at 53 the years are piling up and the shoulder injuries don’t help.
